Honestly, I am speechless. The Shawshank Redemption is tremendous. I'am quite young film fan, actually, this movie appeared whenI was born, and hence I am more accustomed movies with fabulous special effects, edge-of-your-seat action, et cetera. This movie has zero of that, and nevertheless, it close to me . The way Frank Darabont applies the narration of Red to drive on the story, the excellent the film music utilized (note the harmonica used just before Red finding the letter close to the end). The whole film, from start to finish, from actions to sound, is a lighthouse of hope, judgement, and repurchase. The cast is ideal, Morgan Freeman(Red) in reality brings about a refreshing feel to the film, and that's precisely what the film is, what a movie should be. Really recommended for each viewer.

I've been a self employed PC Repair technician for 2.5 years now,
I stumbled across this site and have found two great tips thankyou.

In answer to backing up customers data(ie ghosting)it's imperative to do! This is a failsafe way of protection from alot of stress to both parties....

1. It allows you to revert back to how it was before

2. You can test the image in a virtual machine

3. It safeguards loss of important data

Yeah sure the leaglities of it would be ilegal without the owners permission that is why you state this in your terms which they sign before repair.

I really found this article to be useful as I'm in the process of getting everything ready such as the software necessary and the protocols that I'm planing on using and the business cards, but I wasn't able to download your templates for invoice and most importantly the EULA that you originally posted but is no longer available for download through the link. I would also like to know what software you use for different issues or maybe you could make an article entry with more specific recommendations. Thank you and I really like your website

I don't do this professionally, just more of a side thing since I became interested while in the active duty military. One very useful tool is a good vacuum cleaner. Dust cans just spread everything out. A good vacuum cleaner with proper attachments is key.

Fortunately, I have a Kirby vacuum at the house with electronics attachments that I can use to get into the smallest areas safely. Not the ideal economical choice for starting out, but something to keep in mind if you go larger scale.

I have not met a single PC that didn't need a good cleaning when I get involved.

Hiren's is great. As your company expands, you won't be able to use it. Technicians forget CDs in drives all the time, and Hiren's is pirated by nature.

Also -- with the rise of the netbook, you should probably focus your toolkit on USB drives.
