How does it work?

Step 1: Contact me

We diagnose your problem and give you a time and cost estimate. Please make sure you send us a schedule or time when you are available! Use the contact me button on my CrossLoop page.

Click this button and use the CrossLoop interface to contact me.

Step 2: Install remote access software

Contact our technicians. Install CrossLoop software – it’s extremely simple and fast. Then give me the access code.

Step 3: We fix it!

And I will fix your issue remotely. If I am unable to fix your problem for some reason, you don’t pay a dime.

What type of problems do we fix?

Anything on a Windows PC that can be fixed remotely!

How much does it cost?

Send us an email at remotefix@thepcguild.com for a free estimate. Make sure you include an accurate and short description of the problem. We usually respond and act within 24 hours – or if one of our technicians are online right now we can fix it immediately!

We only accept payments by PayPal – we also may require a deposit before the work is started (which will of course be refunded if the work is not completed).

Typically a 10 minute job will cost you $9 US.
